RΣFUND POLICY
- To reschedule a class, you must do so at least 24 hours before the start of that class. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the class is used and cannot be rescheduled. There are no medical or other exceptions to this policy. Our classes have a very limited number of spaces, and it is essential that you reschedule with enough time to allow another student to take the space.
- Class blocks are paid up front and are not refundable. Your first two sessions are free so that you can decide before you pay.
- Aside from the initial consultation, consultations require a deposit. The deposit is refunded during the consultation. If you miss the consultation, you forfeit the deposit.
